The 12 month program is 6 months longer (the most obvious).
It is easily broken down into 3-6-9 and 12 month programs as well as interchanging modules.
The biggest change is that it is a little more mainstream. We start out with goal setting, journaling and tracking progress, nutrition (my plate and portions), exercise…and we don’t really get into too much in the way of lifestyle changes outside nutrition and exercise until the 4th month.
There were some requests for inflammation, sugar, addictions, stress,…..we took all the feedback into account and did our own 12 month program that is getting raves!
This is more of a guide through coaching instead of handouts.
It is easily adjustable too, so you can guide it. The best part! We are going to be able to slide specialties into it and focus on specialties like diabetes, food intolerance, addictions, women, men…etc.
