How do I download and open a zip file?

Do I have to provide coaching with the programs?

It is entirely up to the coach how they want to use the program.  Some print them and use them during live coaching sessions to help guide the session.  Some use them as a stand alone program and include some periodic coaching as well and still others will use them as self-run programs with no coaching involved.  There is no right or wrong way and it is up to the coach to decide what they are comfortable with.

Can I get Samples of the Programs?

Each Sales Page has, towards the bottom, a set of images from the programs.  These are screenshots of the program that are very clear- click on the thumbnails to enlarge.  (You may need to enlarge the scale on your screen).

Do I need to customize my programs before my Membership Site is created?

No, you do not.  You will load your customized programs AFTER the site is created so it is up to you when you would do that.  The site does need to be created before any content can be switched out on it though.

Who are the professionals who contributed to the various programs?

Dr. Rhonda Cambridge-Phillip

Dr. Rhonda Cambridge-Phillip goes over our programs with a fine-tooth comb.  She not only approves our programs, but she also uses them.

If you have a Health Coach Group program that you want to make edits to without losing the approval rating, Dr. Cambridge-Phillip will review them for you.

The review does not guarantee approval.  If there are changes to be made, she’ll let you know what they are.

Dr. Rhonda Cambridge-Phillip is an attending physician at Kings County Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY. She holds a master degree in public health and is a certified holistic health coach who focuses on nutrition and how it affects overall well-being

Dr. Cambridge-Phillip received her Bachelor of Science (BS) from the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at the City College of NY and her Medical Degree (MD) from New York Medical College. Her specific areas of interest include reproductive health, nutrition services as a form of preventative medicine, and community outreach/education services targeted to youth and adults alike. Dr. Cambridge-Phillip strongly believes that members of her community should be equipped with the knowledge, skills, support, and resources that will allow them to develop healthy behaviors and lifestyles.

Born and raised in Brooklyn and the daughter of parents who immigrated to the U.S. from the Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Tobago, Dr. Cambridge-Phillip understands the impact that cultural beliefs and practices can have on issues relevant to health. She has been an active member of the Vanderveer Park United Methodist Church for over three decades.

She is also a member of several academic societies, including the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Society for Adolescent Medicine, the American Medical Association, the National Medical Association, and the Association of Drugless Practitioners. In addition to her various clinical responsibilities, she is the author of Bye, Bye Cancer, a book that offers a simple, easy to follow guidelines regarding the role that nutritional supplements can play in the prevention and healing of cancer. Dr. Cambridge-Phillip is also an active field director with Symmetry Global nutritional corporation. However, the family is of the utmost importance to Dr. Cambridge-Phillip, so her most important responsibilities are being a proud mother and wife.

Shaun M. Altneu, DO

Dr. Altneu specializes in internal medicine and is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. He is the Physician that stands behind and approved The Health Coach Group’s Healthy Habits weight loss program.

Shaun M. Altneu, DO is a graduate of The George Washington University who then received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA in May 2009. Dr. Altneu began his post-graduate training specializing in Internal Medicine at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Manhattan before transferring to UMDNJ-University Hospital in Newark, NJ, where he completed his medical residency training, providing him with broad clinical experience in both the inpatient and outpatient community setting. Dr. Altneu presently is employed by a major health care system in the state of New Jersey and works in a primary care group practice office.

Amy Korn-Reavis is a clinical sleep educator who has been working with individuals, students and physicians for over 30 years.

Amy is the clinical sleep educator who contributed information to our Sleep program. She also uses our programs in her own practice.

She is also known as the “Better Sleep Coach” or the “Sleep Geek”. She loves helping others find ways to improve their sleep and seeing how much it changes their health and life for the better. She is most passionate about helping people eat, sleep and live a healthy life.

Melania is the Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist who contributed content and helped develop meal plans for our popular PURE plant-based program.

Melaina Marion, MSc, RDN is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and IIN Certified Health Coach. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the City University of New York and completed her Dietetic Internship at Danbury Hospital. She simultaneously earned a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from the University of New Haven.

Melaina teaches Pilates in her private studio in Weston, CT and runs an online wellness company melamywellness.com with her business partner, Amybeth Whissel, HHC, Health Supportive Chef, where they specialize in integrative and functional nutrition.

Melaina is an avid marathon runner and Ironman triathlete. She loves to cook, eat, and spend as much time as possible hiking in the woods with her husband and two dogs.

Linda Wells, RD

Linda Wells is a registered dietitian who contributed to The Health Coach Group’s wellness programs. She has also provided educational information on diabetes as a supplement to our programs.

Linda Wells, RD is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. She graduated in 1972 with her degree in Food and Nutrition/Dietetics and Food Service Management. Her Trainee-ship was at the VA Hospital in Grand Island, NE 1974-75. Dietetic Registration 1977. Linda conducted and developed wellness classes, menus and provided diabetes education and weekly cooking classes in Omaha at the Swanson Center for Nutrition. She spent 10 years as director for the Dietary Manager Curriculum and Instructor. Her last 12 years were spent as the Registered Dietitian for the Northeast Nebraska Area Agency on Aging where she wrote menus to fulfill governmental requirements, trained staff, designed kitchens and planned and coordinated the Family Caregiver Support Group.

3, 6, 9, 12 Month Programs

What is the 3, 6, 9, 12 Month Program?
The 12 month program is a beautiful, professional guide through the health coaching process. It is for qualified health professionals and includes forms, educational information for clients, goal setting and assessment tools. We hand them out to our clients as we approach each meeting. This 3-6-9-12 month program is very mainstream and basic. We are developing module inserts for special focus like diabetes, inflammation, women’s, men’s and children's issues, etc…they can be inserted as needed into the basic program. Listening is still the most important part of the health coaching session…this program gives the coach comfort, professionalism and tools and the client a wonderful base on which to grow and learn.
How is the 3, 6, 9, 12 Month Program different from your original 6 Month Program?
The 12 month program is 6 months longer (the most obvious). It is easily broken down into 3-6-9 and 12 month programs as well as interchanging modules. The biggest change is that it is a little more mainstream. We start out with goal setting, journaling and tracking progress, nutrition (my plate and portions), exercise…and we don’t really get into too much in the way of lifestyle changes outside nutrition and exercise until the 4th month. There were some requests for inflammation, sugar, addictions, stress,…..we took all the feedback into account and did our own 12 month program that is getting raves! This is more of a guide through coaching instead of handouts. It is easily adjustable too, so you can guide it. The best part! We are going to be able to slide specialties into it and focus on specialties like diabetes, food intolerance, addictions, women, men…etc.
I want to be able to choose when my clients are introduced to advanced nutrition principles, how do I do this with your program?
You have mainstream info to start with…and a supplemental advanced nutrition module you can give your people when you think they are ready.  That can be at the beginning…or the end …or the middle, all clients are different and you are the one who knows when the right time is.
What is the difference between the IIN and The Health Coach Group Program?
Our program is beautiful, professional and ready to use the day you buy it.  It is already organized in clean and easy to read PowerPoint slides. You look professional from day 1 and you don’t have to spend countless hours trying to put pages of handouts in a presentation format. At the time this program was designed, IIN had handouts that you could use for your clients.  The 3-6-9-12 month program is an entire program that is modular.  At the base it is very mainstream and the modules can be interchanged to fit the needs of your client. The Stock the Shelves has several other programs that are stand alone and good for group use as well as individual clients.  The 12 Day Detox, 28 Day Slim, Sexy and Smart and the 28 Day Spiritual Program. The Physician Weight Loss Program, Healthy Habits is approved by a Physician and has a dietitian and personal trainer option to give you added credibility.  This program is extremely professional with marketing, administration, videos, modules and workbooks.  This program is strong enough to run an entire business on and supports ALL dietary theories. Healthy Holidays

What Is Healthy Holidays? How Does It Work?
Healthy Holidays is a group program designed for Facebook that is especially helpful to your customers in getting through the holidays in better shape than what they came in. This program is intended to lead into a long-term health coaching relationship between you and your participant. We have this set up as a FREE program because it is more valuable as a relationship starter than as a short-term money maker. It is a great way to market your services. Everyone participates in their own way. They set goals and are accountable for their actions and progress at least once a week.
Goals should include…
 Nutrition (adding in at least one healthy food per week)  Exercise (a minimum of 30 minutes 6 days a week)  Gratitude (take the time to be grateful for at least 3 things in your life daily)  Giving (challenge yourself to give without expectation of reciprocation once daily)
What is included for you?
An advertisement for Facebook, Twitter or even Pinterest. An e-mail to welcome your clients and explain the program. We will walk you through setting up your Facebook Group. An instructional video is included and it will show you what buttons to push, tell you what to enter into the appropriate boxes as well as providing a cover graphic for your group. Example goals to give your clients comfort and a guide in setting their own goals. A goal setting sheet to guide your clients in the right direction when setting meaningful goals. (6) Motivational graphics to post weekly in your group. A calendar to help you track postings, topics, and activities in the group. Discussion questions to quickly build camaraderie, trust, and openness in your group. An opportunity to build your business by establishing trust in an intimate relationship.

Healthy Habits / 12 Week Physician Weight Loss

WHY Use Healthy Habits?
While the detoxes and short programs are good, they need to lead into a program that you can work with on an ongoing basis that will make a lifetime of change. This program will allow health coaches the comfort of working with your clients in partnership with a general practitioner, psychologist, personal trainer and a dietitian.  Your client can feel well taken care of with 5 professional specialists behind their efforts. The program is affordable for your customer.  You may want to sell the Bronze Program for $296, Silver for $747 and Gold – $1,647.

 OVERVIEW

  • It is a 12-week weight loss program.
  • Includes 2 levels of programming content:  facilitation guide for health coaches to administer the program and program being facilitated/ client materials.
  • Socratic method for teaching – worksheets/activities for clients to have “aha” moments

What do you Send Out & When?
We recommend sending out a prep email or notification and give them access to the prep materials ( module, workbook, video) when they purchase. Then on the first day, they begin to receive daily emails (or notifications) along with the module, workbook, and videos that are released to them daily.
Where can I find the Emails in Word Format?
The emails are in the administrative file of the Full Download in your members area.
When should the documents be sent out for the 12 Day Detox
If you use the 12 day detox as an individual program and mail the contents to the client as soon as they sign up using an auto-responder, when would you start to send the daily emails? Would you suggest somehow asking them when they want to start the detox–like have them email you with a start date they select? Send the first email when they purchase and sign up.  Send the rest of the emails daily. You want to set the start date for when you are most available to participate.
Do you suggest setting up a new Facebook group for each new group 12-day you offer?
It depends on a lot of factors. If you release the daily materials in the group…then you have to start over. Sometimes it is nice to have a bigger group and offer old members free go-backs (and renewed opportunity to upsell).
If I want to rearrange sections or add other sections to 12-day (and make it a 14-day for instance), are the editing rules the same?
Yes, the same editing rules apply.
How often so you suggest checking FB and emails for questions/comments during these cleanses? It seems you could get easily bombarded with questions.
It depends on the amount of communication. It isn’t reasonable to do it more than a couple times a day…it could swallow up your entire day. It is also not as easy to miss something if you have a routine…like 7 am – 12 am and 8 pm….might be good.
What's the difference between the Christian version and the normal version of the 12 day detox?
They are quite similar with the exception that the Christian version has some scripture and religious quotes/motivations included in the program.
Is there a sales page for the 12 day detox spanish version?

You will need to do the translation. It's my understanding that WordPress or DIVI may have something that will help you with it.

The Clutter Cleanse

I bought the clutter cleanse. In the daily emails it says "Read more" and when I clicked on it the link took me to infusionsoft and said "page not found". Please help.
You will want to link the "read more" directly to the Clutter Cleanse blog posts you create. Those are found in the Marketing Folder of the Clutter Cleanse section. (OR - If you'd prefer not to put them as blog posts, you can simply include the suggested blog post in the daily emails.)
How long does the Clutter Cleanse last?
It's set at 14 days but some coaches have increase it to 28 days just to give their clients more time on rooms that might take a little longer. It just depends on how you want to run it! Some like the 14 days and some prefer longer.
If I have Healthie and The Clutter Cleanse, will they load it on the Healthie platform?
No, The Clutter Cleanse is not meant to be used in a membership platform, instead it is used through a Facebook Group (or a forum). To run the Clutter Cleanse, you simply need to set up the emails, create the blog posts using the provided content, and then run the program in the group setting on Facebook. No membership site needed!

Can I Edit the Programs Myself?
You are allowed to edit the program as long as the copyrights for The Health Coach Group remain as is and you notate all additions and changes on the copy.
We have a FREE tutorial in Health Coach University™ that teaches you how to edit a Powerpoint.  There is also the same tutorial in the product download pages in “my products”.
How Do I Edit My Programs Myself?
Windows users – PowerPoint is BEST.  The latest Adobe Acrobat, or word if necessary. Mac users – Office for Mac or Adobe Acrobat The Program was created in PowerPoint to give you more options for use.  You will get best results by editing the PowerPoint Presentation. There is a tutorial in each program area on the Members site as well as one below.
Is Customization Included with Program Purchase?
No, customization is an additional fee.
I Don't Have My Logo Yet, Can I Still Get My Programs Customized?
Yes.  If you would like, we can include a photo in the “meet your health coach” page and change it out later.  The photo is a nice touch. We also provide logo creation with our Smart Logos, you can learn more about it here.

Your THCG programs can be customized for your brand very simply. You have two options: we can customize the program(s) for you for a small fee, or you can do the customization yourself. If you want the customization done for you, we offer:
