What is your refund policy?

If you don’t absolutely love a program you’ve purchased from The Health Coach Group, let us know and we will cheerfully refund your payment in full.

To receive a refund for purchased product:

  1. Forward your email receipt to support@thehealthcoachgroup.com within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. In the email, state your reason for requesting the refund.
  3. Include a note saying that you have not downloaded or printed the program(s) you are refunding, that you will not use the program(s) or try to gain access in the future.

Refunds are only available if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase.

To receive a refund for a subscription:

Subscriptions refunds are not issued if not cancelled prior to the renewal.  The subscription can be cancelled going forward so no further renewals process and you will retain access until the end of the current renewal period.
